Today we kicked off the Scarborough-Rouge Park Constituency Youth Council (SRP CYC) with a virtual team meeting!

It was an amazing opportunity getting to meet such a wonderful and inspiring group of community leaders and hear what they have to say. Even in the face of a pandemic, we continue to listen to the voices and the concerns of the youth in our community. 

During our first meeting, the CYC had an opportunity to chat and pose questions about our governments efforts which lead us to have engaging conversations about mental health, the environment, and student success in a pandemic.

Needless to say, I look forward to the exciting changes and discussions this group has in store this year for Scarborough-Rouge Park!
